F-104 G full model and skin based on the freeware kazuri ito f-104 model for Fs2004. the skin is fully customized and reworked for FSX SP2 and FSX-SE using the high res and mipmap features for the skin textures.

F-104 G full model and skin based on the freeware kazuri ito f-104 model for Fs2004. the skin is fully customized and reworked for FSX SP2 and FSX-SE using the high res and mipmap features for the skin textures. 2k textures with full rgb colors are used. due to use of mipmaps and internal dxt bmp texture format no performance impact noticeable.
if you like the full effect for closer view just allow 2048 pixel texture resolution in your fsx.cfg settings:

TEXTURE_MAX_LOAD=2048
this mod produces gliches with prepar 3D (no gear and such things) due to compatibility changes in P3D.
installation: put the extracted folder in your standard aircraft directory and everything should work.
you will find two model options: with and without tip tanks
textures are tested with standard dx9 settings. dx10 preview mode is known as buggy and may cause problems. not tested!
