The first ever track mod for FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage, Whattahoo Town from FlatOut 1.
Developed alongside my new tool to create car and track mods for this game:

All 3 variants of the track have been added into the City category and are available for both races and time trials.
The tool is currently a work in progress so some things (e.g. trees) will look wrong, but it works and that's better than nothing.
The trackmap and AI paths have been borrowed from Selo's Car Pack for FlatOut 2.
