This new linear(*) Sphere Grid offers a classic job system, focusing on strengths and weaknesses,
new equipment & damage formula and is known for its difficulty.


After you have learned & mastered your job (for example Element Omnis) you can use
your teleport spheres  in your inventory to learn a new one.
(just teleport / warp to the new start point of the job of your choice)

You can mix every character with every job
and also combine jobs to create efficent combos! 
(you can find the default party members below)


* linear means that there is only one way to go (start point -> end point!)
on your new sphere grid for every job! 
(other ways are blocked with a Lv. 4 sphere stop!)

• new weapons and fight styles for every character
• CTB Battle System (some abilities and spells will slow you down)

Each job has its own selection of abilites and more focus is placed on stat points.
That means that the luck stats, crit chance,  hidden weapon effects and other values
are more costumized.

You can also find some luck spheres in your inventory to raise your luck stat early on.

The Doom Lord【default: Auron】 is an unsent monk who focuses on fast attacks with his
battle rod. Immunity to single target spells as well as his high attack speed makes him
the first choice when it comes to take down boss monsters quickly.

Has a lot of Overdrives! (with different scalings)




【Void Staff】
Every hit with this staff will deal %-max. HP true damage!
(-Damage = (Target Max HP) * (Weapon Attack) / 16)

【Unsent】
Aeon Immunity / Ribbon effect




【Painkiller】
Battle Rod and your first weapons.

【Corruptor】
Celestial Battle Rod with 4 free slots to use.
Attacks will deal more % damage.

The Assassin【default: Tidus】 is a fast and efficent, two hand blade melee fighter. 
No Armor available! (you're using 2 swords)
Has a lot of aggressive Auto Abilities.
Perfect for shutting down enemies like morbol.




【no mercy】
Blades deal extra damage, if:
- you're agility stat is boosted (stats, haste, ctb fight system)
- the enemy is slower than you. (slow, stop, sleep, stats) 

If this boost is 50% or more, the target will be executed instead! (not if it is immune to death)

You're starting with this Overdrive.




Weapon & Armor with the same name will be your pair of swords!!

2x Celestial Blades (4 free slots to use + execute enemies at 30%)






The Mortibody【default: Rikku】 is a machina made of unsent souls.
High HP are known for this creature; it has really good auto abilites and supports party members
with spells. 

Grants Seymour Guado 3 different Overdrive bars.
(Rikku's Overdrive must be used for some of Seymours overdrive spells)





【devourer】
Your damage scales with your maximum HP!
(-Damage = (Weapon Attack) * (Wielder Max HP) / 10 )
+ Auto Capture Ability




1x Claw (first weapon)
1x Celestial Claw (4 free slots and better scalings!)






The Element Omnis【default: Wakka】 focuses on element attacks.
Additionally his Overdrive Element T will scale better.
It combines Strength, Magic and Luck to take down enemies.

You need to change your weapons to deal even more damage, 
with the right element you deal 2x damage and it can crit.
It also scales with your magic stats.

(-Damage is also  calculated using the special magic formula (uses the physical formula calculations, but off of the Magic stat and ignores Defense)

The Priestress of Solari【default: Lulu】 focuses on White Magic and Support Skills.
High HP, MP and Magic, but low defensive Stats.

Mea Culpa【default: Yuna】 is a fast headhuntress who focuses on deadly attacks and combines
her power with Shivaya!

Her Overdrive can be used by Seymour to cast a Grand Summon!

Mea Culpa Spirit scales with her stats.

Deals more damage if you're low HP.
Auto Capture Ability.

Shivaya【default: Shiva】 is also known as the Mea Culpa Spirit.
She fights together with her master and is able buff party members, defend victims, and heal &
revive fallen targets while counter with massive attacks.

Shivaya is fully costumizable and can be moved on the Sphere Grid with  special spheres. 
(she still scales with Yuna's stats & how much battles you have fought)

Uses unique abilites.




【Spirit of Mea Culpa】
Can counter attack everything,
switch equipment in battle,
piercing damage.

The Maester of Yevon【Seymour Guado】  is the  Minister of Temple Affairs, 
which maintains the temples' rituals  and teachings and oversees
the summoners. 

This position allows one the authority to handle records of the sealed histories. 
Seymour is a skilled mage and a summoner himself. 

Seymour has his own battle menu!
Under 【Use】and 【Items】 you'll be able to find more abilities (like Summon)
besides his Black & White Magic.

For some of his new abilites he needs Rikku's, Lulu's or Yuna's
Overdrive at 100%.

It is safer to equip his stuff in battle!




【Seymour's Pilgrimage】
- starts with a lot of equipment
- new weapon effects,
- he has his own sphere grid
- can fight together with Anima
- enemies will drop equipment for Seymour
- has a lot of Overdrives and can learn more with Lancet!
- 3 new Overdrive Modes
- can use "boost" (like an Aeon)

【High Level Magic】

- Seymour Guado can learn High Level Spells ! 
You can find them under "Use" or "Items".
(you've already learned some of them)

The idea behind those abilities and spells is that you have some powerful
"magic spells" to use instead of boring auto hitting.
They're overpowered in early game & really made for your endgame gameplay.
Thundaja for example deals additional % Max HP dmg. (besides of all its other effects)

Some of the new abilities & spells in detail:

【Biora】
 Inflicts damage to one target equal to 75% of their current HP as well as 100% chance for Poison.

【Mortibsorption】
Inflicts damage to one target equal to 100% of user's HP and heals the user of the same amount.

【Cross Cleave】
Uses the power of Mortiorchis  to cast Cross Cleave, which deals non-elemntal phsyical damage to
the enemy party with a power of 52 and Delay.

Seymour Staff that deals MP Damage!

【Conductor】
One of Seymour's Celestial Staffs, this one you can costumize by yourself

All Aeons got completely reworked:

• They're not immune to status effects anymore
• They have better scalings in their equipment
• You can collect "Special Spheres" to walk on the Sphere Grid
• all element Aeons have element strengths and weaknesses
• Valefor is now a tanky Aeon
• every Aeon has a celestial weapon which must be upgraded via side quests
• Anima & Shivaya 's celestial equipment can be costumized via menu
• Magus Sisters are now the only Aeon who has an overpowered scaling for late game hunting
• some Aeons can Capture Monsters 
  

To install this mod, simply choose which version you want
then download the save file and
put it in your save folder.

(It will overwrite Slot 14 so please keep that in mind!)

Farplane Editor

It still happens that party members will disappear 
because of events or scripts.
(for example bikanel desert, wedding, etc)

With this Live Editor you can put any party member
back when & where ever you want thanks to my 
modded save game.

Seymours Mod Suite

We need this as a base to replace Kimahri with
Seymour Guado. It provides different difficulties.

Read the guide if you want to know more about it.

1.) Download my savegame and put it in your Final Fantasy X Folder

2.) Start your Final Fantasy X Game.

3.) Open Seymours Mod Suit and check "Seymours Path"

(you can also change the difficulty if you want!)

4.) Load your Save Game File 

5.) Open Farplane Editor!
If someone in your party is missing because of any reason - 
head to the "general " tab and see if everyone is in the current party.
In the end it should look like this! 
(Yojimbo = Anima)

6.) If you're closing your game, don't forget that you need to open them again!
