I've discovered a lot while editing skills & abitilies! You know editing digits using hexeditors , like "cheatenqine"! (Since a lot of people asked me how I'm creating all this stuff , I'm working a "MODDING TOOLS" Thread here with everything you need in it) & some misc stuff like: Controlling Yojimbo directly: https://youtu.be/d6C9pQSbFEU What do you think about casting fire at all enemies (like FF-X2?) ? And editing enemie skills attempt: https://youtu.be/YzyYwqVp15Q Yeah a lot of footage - how much would be possible right now? But it 'll be a lot of work doing all the editing alone.
You probably already know about the Ronso skill editing tool: https://forums.qhimm.com/index.php?topic=16286.msg230927#msg230927 I assumed that was what you were using to do this, since it lets you change names and targets and status effects of skills. Unfortunately, the tool only works on 'live' memory (like CheatEngine) rather than permanent changes to the game. If I knew how to do more with HexEdit then maybe I could help you!!
Yes I get ur point! Ronso Skill Editor will be the best choice and live editors are the best way to get guarantee every version can play this mod! Versions can be differen just because of the language , etc. So in the end it's the best solution i guess, what do you think about it?
