I made this as a personal side project and figured I'd release it. I'm not much of an artist, but I didn't think anyone else would make a blonde Rinoa mod.
This changes Rinoa's low-res and high-res textures, her menu portrait, and both Adel/enemy!Rinoa's textures.
There is one small issue: there is a small part of Rinoa's texture that seems to be mapped to both her hair and her shirt (demonstrated here with a single green pixel placed on the texture that shows up in both places). Normally it isn't noticeable since her hair and shirt are the same color by default. I chose to prioritize her hair, as I think it looks better that way. It isn't that noticeable much of the time, but I thought I'd mention it.
