I use this with Tonberry, Martial Law, Crystal, and Ragnarok Mod together it's working fine.
I'm not sure about the Remastered Version.
To install this mod just unzip copy the Hext and paste them to FFVIII game folder ex. steamapps/common/FINAL FANTASY VIII/RaW/GLOBAL replace them.
Assuming you already installed Crystal Mod and Rose and Wine.
I don't know if it works without other mods you can just create a Txt file and input #Adjustment of in-battle Draw
that you find in crystal mod.txt
I didn't alter any of this I just want my draw to be 100.
I just want to share this with others just to save the hassle.
