With Multicultural Midgar, some citizens of Midgar (street's NPCs) speak english, others german, or french or japanese.
Some NPCs become bilingual, like Madame M (english and japanese) or Andrea Rhodea (english and french).
Your team in MAIN STORY, Cloud and Tifa, are bilingual; they speak english with others characters, and they speak sometimes germand and sometimes english together.
Your team in INTERMISSION, Yuffie and Sonon, are bilingual; they speak Japanese together (and with Old Snapper which is from Wutai), and they speak English with the others characters.  


Include voice and lipsync.
Compatible with ALL language voice (US/DE/FR/JP).
