This mod instantly completes all the Chadley's battle intel reports except for the VR Summons battle.

UPDATE: A newer version (version 2.0) is released to fix issue where Bahamut VR mission is not marked as complete after defeating it.
This mod instantly completes all the Chadley's battle intel reports. All you need to do is simply talk to Chadley from any chapter where he is available, and keep talking to him till you are able see the battle intels are marked as complete. Unfortunately, this will not work for the Summons' battle intel, so you will still need to defeat the summons to complete them as well as acquire their summon materias.
At the very least you get to unlock all other materias from Chadley's shop and you can use them as early as in chapter 3 (from the first time you meet Chadley).
IMPORTANT: You need to talk to Chadley and continue talking to him till you see at least one of the battle intels is marked as complete and till Chadley says the phrase "I have done it, I have developed new materia"! After you are done talking to him, you should be able to purchase the materias from his shop and you should see at least 16 / 20 completed battle intel from the Main Menu; the other 4 being the summons. In my screenshot in the image section, it shows 18 / 20 because I have defeated 2 summons previously. Once you approached Chadley and start talking to him, do not open the Battle Intel from the Main Menu till you meet the conditions above; as it can cause the game to crash!
I have uploaded 2 videos to showcase the demo (1 from chapter 14, the other from chapter 3 where I started a fresh playthrough)

Installation:
Drag the .pak file into your <Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade>\End\Content\Paks\~mods folder. If ~mods folder doesn't exist, you can just go ahead and create one.
