Extract the END folder into the directory ????\Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade\ then to start the game on directx11: Firstly, open Epic Game Launcher and go to its Settings. Then locate and select FF7 Remake Intergrade and tick Additional Command Line Arguments. In the newly opened screen, type -dx11 and save the changes and close the window. Finally, restart the system and relaunch the game and see the result.
Once booted with Directx11 I recommend switching to Vulkan for a more stutter-free experience with dxvk-async: Extract d3d11.dll and dxgi.dll from the x64 folder and place them in ????\Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade\End\Binaries\Win64\
