This Replaces the Cosmos Theater Video that plays in the Shinra building and enhanced it with a Upscaled + Frame Interpolated Version. Only non US.

This Mod replaces the "End\Content\GameContents\Movie\140-SBIL0\MV_SBIL0_1720\MV_SBIL0_1720.emov" 1080p 30fps Video with a Version that has been Upscaled to 4k and Frame Interpolated to ~90fps for enchanced Resolution and smoothness. File Size is big (over 2gb).So it may not playback for weaker systems. It Replaces NOT the US Version !!!.It is therefore highly recommended to make an Backup of the MV_SBIL0_1720.emov file just in case.
To install just drop the Content inside the Remake Folder and overwrite when prompted.
Not compatible with the US Version (I think - it seams the US Version has a seperate file called MV_SBIL0_1720_US.emov) It takes literally many hours to render these and i make them for personal use first only. Trying it by renaming it to "MV_SBIL0_1720_US.emov" happens on your own risk. be aware of it.
I did this for personal use (i also maked a few other for the Remake and one for Rebirth (so far) that i have jet to share/needs Game Approval from Nexus).
