Gives Sephiroth his dark attire outfit, and his blue bramble sword from FF7EC

No cape, because I'm lazy lol, but maybe i can use 3d migoto to add it later lol, also I tested Sephiroth's blue bramble sword by replacing the Buster sword via BluePrint editing, and the textures are all applying well, but the chains sometimes disappear in certain angles, but i think it makes it cooler because in the game files, his Masamune stuff are in the "WE1021_00_SephirothIllusion_Masamune" folder, and i thought the illusion part was cool af lol
