It's not immaculate, but close enough.
Since no one made one in all these years and I found no one to commission either, I decided to make the mod myself.
The mod includes menu banners and a quick texture fix for his eyes to make them look like back in DoC. Gunblade not included.
To install, simply drop the file in ~\steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE\End\Content\Paks.

Known issues
- End of the hair doesn't have physics and sometimes clips through the body. The rig is a mess since Weiss has far more rigging-bones than Cloud's model does. Touching anything or removing extra bones resulted in nothing changing, something getting messed up or a T-pose. I've nowhere near enough Blender&Modding experience to fix this.
- Pants don't have the glow-effect. Couldn't edit in the Emission without the game crashing.
Potential issues
- Couldn't test if the mod works with the dresses in Ch.9
- This is my first mod ever, I've run into no issues while playing but there might be some I didn't notice.
