A late 90's early 2000's-esque Tokyo Metropolitan P.D. inspired outfit (maybe some anime inspiration as well). Replaces all outfits and weapons for Tifa. Features semi-transparent pantyhose and light skirt physics.
The topology sucks, and the outfit is in no-way game optimized. Apologies in advance if it lags; I'm still learning!!! 😰

Known Issues:
The pencil skirt will act as you'd expect while walking, running, or crouching but will act like a light version of Tifa's standard battle skirt in combat. Some very minor morbing/clipping will occur during very fast moves and limit break startups for the skirt.
Some skirt clipping of the seams at certain angles in combat.
