Land faster and decrease landing lag after jumping into the air.

Changes two values in the DefaultGame.ini
Increases the "AttackJumpFallGravityScale" from 10 to 256 making characters land faster once they have finished their air combo.
Decreases the LaunchWakeUpMinTime to 0.000001 in an attempt to decrease the landing lag but not sure if it has an effect.
does not help in tracking enemies mid-combo but it's now less punishing to reset.
just drag the ini file into the Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade\End\Config fold
Require FFVII Hook mod.
