About this mod
This mod refines the English script to better align with the Japanese audio while preserving the context of the original localization. It aims to maintain character personalities, plot details, and narrative intent, minimizing deviations caused by creative liberties in the official translation.

- Create a ~mods folder in the game. The path will look something like `...\FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH\End\Content\Paks\~mods`
- Copy the three files (.pak, .utoc, and .ucas) with the name BetterEnglishLocalization_P into the `~mods` folder.
Disclaimer
This project is not intended to discredit the official English localization or argue against localization itself. It’s simply a passion project, allowing me to play the game with the original Japanese audio while ensuring the English subtitles align with it—without sacrificing natural English phrasing.
Additionally, this mod only focuses on dialogue. UI elements such as item descriptions, button names, and quest objectives remain unchanged.
