Doubles the increase of all Weapon Skills
NOTE: some texts of the weapon parameters do not change but the parameters are increased x2 base in the file.
Free SP Folio Skills
Allows them to be unlocked for 0 SP
INSTRUCTIONS
Extract and put the .PAK .UCAS .UTOC into the ~mods folder.
If the ~mods folder does not exist, create it and it will work.
