Installation:
Unzip the contents inside your FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH folder.
It should look like this:

NO I WILL NOT EDIT IT FOR EVERY BLOODY CHARACTER AND LEVEL. THAT'S OVER 700 LINES OF CODE NEEDS TO BE CHANGED & DEBUGGED.

- Max stats once you hit level 70, meaning standard level progression 1-69. Only level 70 is affected. Use only one of the files: Cloud or All
- OPATBMPLimitCritDmg: Massively increased ATB generation. Combined with the above mod infinite atb. Infinite MP, Critical Damage set to 200%, very fast limit generation. Might split this one up. TBD.
