Changes Cloud's punisher mode moveset to be nearly identical to his punisher mode from Final Fantasy VII Remake.

Swapped Cloud's punisher mode moveset for one similar to Remake. I couldn't bring in his jumping slash to close the distance, so it's not great at that. I'm still messing around with the animations and trying to understand how his back-and-forth slash works in Rebirth. If so I may be able to improve this. For now though this mod should be good as is since it's so simple.
Let me know if you find any issues though.
This mod will be incompatible with most gameplay mods (esepcially anything that modifies attacks or ATB abilities). I will eventually make a version of my Cloud Unleashed mod that includes this as well.
Drop the files into ~mods and have fun!
