My Character Overhaul mod project for Final Fantasy VII PC, swaping all the playable characters with enemies from mainly the Shinra organisation - all the models of characters are swaped. Being version 0.5 at the moment, the mod is still not finished .

Red XIII has been replaced by Dark Nation, the pet of Rufus Shinra, in battle, in the field and when posing as a soldier on the cargo ship. New Avatar as well.

Grimmy from Qhimmforums made the battle model work as intended by using hex-coding.

I've just finished my new FF7 character Dyne, replacing Barret Wallace in the field and in the battle - all models are swaped, nine in total.

Credits to Grimmy for making the NPC battle model compatible with the playable character commands.

Edit Version 1.1 - Elena Battle-model was buged and would cause a game-lock whenever using the limit breaks - it wasn't the Kernel nor the exe.

- Battle model will work fine now but will look glitched when using limit breaks - no game-lock.

I've made the Kaldarasha Scarlet NPC model into a Playable character and alternative in this mod. It still is using my edited ass-part because i didn't want to add all those extra things that are connected to it. The rest is from Kaldarasha's model.

This is an addon that will let you choose an alternate version of Scarlet of the Shinra. Only the kid-models and Ifalna remains unchanged.

3.4 - Minigame Tifa is now Elena the Turk. The other two Scarlet variations are included as well.

3.3 - I've updated the models for Scarlet of the Shinra in the field as well as in battle, and given her new lip textures by kaldarasha as well as new arms.

In order for this file to function you will need to go into your FINAL FANTASY VII\mods\7th Heaven-folder and delete the mod named "User Interface" - then insert this IRO - it adds the Shinra Mod Avatars etc.
