Was made for someone on a discord channel who wanted to do a Shop Only challenge so they didn't have to keep track of items aquired by enemies in notepad.
The drops where turned into steals with rates unchanged so some enemies guarenteed drops have become guarenteed steals and their steal is basically non existant.
