Replaces the Steam OST with Pixel Remaster OST.

This mod replaces FFVI Steam OST with FFVI Pixel Remaster OST. Tracks are ripped from the game, lowered all track volume by 3dB, then converted to OGG format at 320kbps. Some tracks have been modified and timed to match the timing of the game, so that event sequences will be synchronized properly.

The Pixel Remaster Opera's default language version is English. There will be a separate download for those who want to replace the default English.

Pre-installation
  • Download FFVI Explore.
  • Open the program and from "Archive" tab click "Open Archive".
  • Locate the "main.obb" file in the game directory.
  • Click "MODDING MODE".
  • This will give you a warning, read it and click "Yes".
If you already have done unpacking the OBB file skip the Pre-installation.

Installation
  • Backup the "game folder"\obb\sound directory.
  • Extract the contents to the game folder.

Optional Installation
  • Download the Opera Extra Languages archive, then open it.
  • Open the folder that contains the opera language version you want.
  • Extract the contents of your selected folder to the game folder.
