About this mod
This mod replaces the battle sprites and overworld sprites of the playable characters with versions modeled after the PSP release of FFIV: The Complete Collection. I've also got a second mod that replaces all the NPCs to keep everything consistent. It's in an optional file for some reason.

I've been working on this mod for about 5 years off and on. And of course they delisted the game from Steam and announced the Pixel Remaster just as I finished it :-/

Version 1.2 includes: Overworld sprites for the playable characters and all main jobs.
I also spent a while replacing all of the NPCs. That file can be found in the Optional files section of this mod page.
To install you need to extract to the Final Fantasy V\resources folder in your Steam folder. This is typically found in Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY V\resources.
This mod looks best when played in the game's native resolution, 740x384 (Thanks to Saftle for discovering that) or 1280x768 and then upscaled using a lossless scaler. I'm using Magpie which is free.
