They are a mix between the Dissida Onion Knight and the 4 protagonists from the 3D version of Final Fantasy III.
Why the mod is called that is because one person joked about how they have "No more pot bellies" and then someone else said "Those are not bellies, those are GUTS" leading to the other person to proclaim the name should "Onion Knights No Guts mod" and I just went with it lol.
NOTE: This mod alters the "common_assets_all_ead22d312c7fe7b286d931b801f2a0c0.bundle" file for the loading icon and as such is not compatible with any mods that alter that file too.
