Very simple mod that removes the short versions of Rank 2 (mastered) Lunge and LB Lunge, and replaces them with their EX versions. Note that the Rank 1 Lunge was left untouched. This was achieved by editing rows 164 and 302 of the action table, modifying the FollowupActionIds to always be, respectively, 166 and 303.
