Install:
1. You must first properly install the Special K mod: https://steamcommunity.com/app/637650/discussions/0/1697167168518535998/
2. Run the game once with special k installed and dxgi.ini will appear in your FINAL FANTASY XV directory
3. In dxgi.ini, make sure that 'Inject' and 'Cache' are set to 'true'
4. in your FINAL FANTASY XV create the directory: SK_Res\inject\textures
