Do you know the files to replace the Battle Music?

Nvm, I found most of the ones I needed. If anyone wants to find the Battle Music, look in the " 20001music2 " folder and they start at " bgm_bat ". Haven't tested in game yet though to see if it actually works.

Edited: Tried it now and seems and Battle Music BGM just goes away completely, so editing those are a no go.

Technically the music doesn't go away, *.sab and *.mab files are different. Not sure what the extensions stand for originally, but you can think of them as "single audio binary" and "multi audio binary". Single audio tracks are easily replaced; multi-audio tracks would have to be recorded and encoded in the same channel arrangement as the originals so that the game can then downmix them into mono, stereo, surround, etc. Not practical.

Doesn't seem to be working anymore.  It'll let me replace one file for another, but when I load the game and go to the file (supposed to be the first track for FF1), it's the original music.

Just tested and everything is still working. Nothing has changed that should break it, anyways.

Check your game directory and make sure backups are successfully being created during the replacement (look for *.sab.orig files). My guess is you've got a file access problem, i.e. something blocking Radio Tuner from accessing the game directory.

I keep having an issue where the log says I replaced a file successfully, but when I go to play it in game, it just plays the stock music and not what I uploaded it as. Any help?
