With this Sarah Injector app you can open the game and when you at the title screen you can press INSERT button on your keyboard to add Sarah guest to the party.

Description:
A simple program that was simplified (some code deactivated) to be more compatible so it can be activated right from the title screen.
Tested and created for the latest Windows Edition game version. I don't tested it on Steam.
With this Sarah Injector program you can open the game and when you at the title screen you can press INSERT button on your keyboard to add Sarah guest to the party, you should hear a sound effect when it's activated and then load your save file. When you load your save file save again and close Sarah Injector.
To remove Sarah from your party just press INSERT button again and you should hear a different deactivated sound effect, and then reload your save file and resave.
Important note:
You can remove (deactivate) Sarah only if you didn't close the game after you inject her to your party because everytime you start the game the memory address is different and you can't deactivate and remove her from a party if you close the game after injection. So you will stuck with her for now until somebody joins your party or you find a workaround. But I hope it won't be hard to find a workaround in this game.
P.S: Use Camp training to remove her from your party this workaround should work.
P.S.S: You can only remove (deactivate) her when you load your save game and if you didn't close the game after you inject her the removal (deactivation) should work. Just use INSERT button until you hear a different deactivation sound effect and save your game and load.
P.S: Sometimes when you change your main character to Avatara you may see a duplicated Sarah character standing nearby in that case you can save and just reload your save file. Also a new party member should replace Sarah automatically.
