Before anything else I must clarify that this mod is notmine, the part corresponding to Monster Stats belongs to the user mist77 (which remains exactly the same as he did) and then, the part corresponding to Player Stats belongs to the user GachiOnFire; this part was outdated and the only thing that worked was the LIMIT MAX CONSUMABLES CARRIED section. What I have done is fix the other sections so that they work with the current version of the game and unite all the functions in a single table.

As we all know, FFXV is an extremely easy game. HARD MODE ULTIMATE EDITION seeks to offer the best game experience for FFXV, significantly increasing the difficulty of the game, challenging the player to experiment with more weapons, magic and advanced movements and not only limit themselves to holding down the attack button, taking advantage of all the options that the combat system offers.
 
HOW TO USE
You need to have Cheat Engine to use this table
With the game open at the titles screen and cheat engine open:
 
- In the top left, click Select a process to open (Icon witha magnifier on a computer)
  Process list Opened,click on the Application corresponding to the game
- In the top left, click Open a cheat table or an unprotected cetrainer and open the table corresponding to this mod
- In the bottom part, you can now browse the table clicking checkmark boxes

Update Versión (1.02)

This update is only focused on the balance of the "new game +" mode. The mod has been tested from the beginning until about the middle of the adventure with the respective hunts, dungeons and bosses. Possibly there are no more balance adjustments for this mode since so far the tests have been satisfactory, I would also like to know your opinion.

Balance adjustments (New Game+)

Monster stats: For the stats of enemies I have increased the multiplier in physical strength and magic power since the enemies did not do too much damage with the initial multiplier, in turn I have decreased the multiplier to their resistances and maximum health since the combats were too much long, boring and unsatisfactory.

  • Max HP multiplier: 11 =>7
  • Physical Power multiplier:15 =>23
  • Magical Power multiplier: 16.5  =>20
  • Physical Resistance multiplier: 15 =>8
  • Magical Resistance multiplier: 16.5 =>10.5

Assimilated experience multiplier when resting has been increased. With the multiplier at 60, a significant flow of experience is maintained that allows the player to keep leveling up constantly and more importantly, leveling up relatively easier when reaching level 99. At that point, the game begins to demand absurd amounts of experience to level up.

  • EXP Multiplier At Rest: 45=> 60
  • Unlock Max Level Cap 999
  • Max Items = 15
  • Max Potions and Hi-potions = 30

Update Version (1.01) 

This version is intended for players who do not want to be modifying table values ​​every time they are going to play (this because the editable values ​​of the table that are changed are not saved and each time it is closed and re-executed , the values ​​are reset to the default)
In this version you will find two game modes, "Hard Mode New Game" for a completely new run, and "Hard Mode New Game +" for those who wish to play in "New Game +" loading data from a completed run. The game mode "Hard Mode New Game" has been tested and balanced by me to have a challenging, fun experience that tests the player's skills to the limit without feeling unfair. It has been tested with a totally new game until the whole story is finished, it has also been tested with most hunts, all optional dungeons and bosses. Omega and Adamantoise have not been tested yet, but from my experience with these two bosses (especially Omega and his high defensive stats) I think it is advisable not to activate the mod. The game mode "Hard Mode New Game +" is under testing and may change in future updates.

Player stats and items

  • Unlock Max Level Cap 999
  • Max Items = 15
  • Max Potions and Hi-potions = 30 (I have decided to decrease the amount of potions in the inventory, to maintain the challenge and above all that the player feels the risk that it is possible to die.)
  • EXP Multiplier At Rest =  1.5 (When resting, the assimilated experience will multiply by 1.5 whether it is hotels, caravans or a camp.)

Monster Stats

  • Max HP multiplier = 3 (I decreased the multiplier from 5 to 3, as I explained above, I want the player to have a challenge that does not feel unfair, and with the multiplier at 5, the fights became eternal (even lasting a whole day within the game), especially against some hunt or dungeon bosses)
  • Physical Power multiplier =1.5
  • Magical Power multiplier = 2 
  • Physical Resistance multiplier = 1.5
  • Magical Resistance multiplier = 3

Hard Mode New Game +

Player stats and items

  • Unlock Max Level Cap 999
  • Max Items = 15
  • Max Potions and Hi-potions = 30
  • EXP Multiplier At Rest =  45 (With this value the significant obtaining of constant experience is maintained) *under testing

Monster Stats

  • Max HP multiplier = 11 *under testing
  • Physical Power multiplier = 15 *under testing
  • Magical Power multiplier = 16.5 *under testing
  • Physical Resistance multiplier =15 *under testing
  • Magical Resistance multiplier = 16.5 *under testing

*If you want to have control of the stats, you can download version 1.0 which is still available in the download files. However remember that every time you run the table, the options will return to their default value.

*Important: Choose only one game mode. If you check the boxes for both modes at the same time and start a game, you will experience bugs and lag.

Instructions

  • To edit the default values, double click on the numeric value you want to modify and in the pop-up window enter the desired value (you can use decimals), however, the default values are already quite challenging, at least for a first run. If you want to keep constantly difficulty I recommend disable EXP Multiplier At Rest box and limiting Max Potions to less than 50.
  • Whenever you go to play and want to keep the difficulty turned on, you must run CE and activate the table.
  • Reload a save if you change a stat multiplier while you're playing.
  • On some occasions, when you run the table you will notice that you cannot check some or all of the boxes. To solve this, just close FFXV, close CE and run again. Before anything else, make sure you have the game open and you are on the title screen.

If you are looking for more immersion, I highly recommend the mod "Rebalanced Ascension (AP Cost and Ability Order)" by iwtexplode. This mod will allow you to have Gladio, Ignis and Prompto at a very early stage of the game and believe me you will need them.
