Do you ever have openings for UX/UI that is not from the office? I live in the US and most assuredly cannot work in the UK. I am junior level currently at best with a mostly functional knowledge of VueJS, CSS, and AWS and working on others. But when it comes to UX/UI I'm both passionate and have a good creative and abstract mind for it. When I play games or go to websites one of the first things I think about or will comment on is the interface and control scheme and how friendly or unfriendly it is.

I always get annoyed when companies try to reinvent the wheel when the wheel is already tried, true, and tested many times over to work and work well. I try to focus on simple, attractive, self explanatory, and consistent designs across a website by utilizing similar layouts between pages, effective naming conventions, object placement that does not shock the eyes, and more.

If a remote position were to open that a junior developer with a passion for making life easier for the user, as well as the design team, ever were to open up I'd hope you might consider messaging me.

I also pick up knowledge and new styles quickly, and when learning a new technique can quickly abstract it to streamline other code snippets or make other works I've done more dynamic etc.

Please improve Vortex UI/UX. There too much feature on screen. Customization isn't always good. Especially when its excessive.

    Hi

If you are planning to improve the web interface, the stats tab needs an improvement. The daily download count doesn't have a "0", it shows "1" on days without downloads.

Thanks for your great work on this great website.

    Hello Nexus staff,

I have been using this website for years since I built my first PC to mod Fallout NV/3/4 and Skyrim respectively. I would love to see some UX/UI changes here and am enjoying using vortex but have a few suggestions for changes. I am actually going to be graduating with my degree in human factors psychology this spring, this type of work is right in my skill set. I have done UX designs for a few local companies, mostly off the books free designs for local clients. Would love to try my hand at this position.

    All the best,
    Jaayuk

I would love to see changes to the UI of this website. As someone who moved from GTA5Mods to Nexus for RDR2 modding, I didn't find the UI easy to keep up with. At first it was a little bit confusing. For the most part, trying to find download links was not as easy as usual. After spending some time on the website, I could finally navigate through the website with confidence.

I'm looking forward to UI improvements and other website structure changes. Thank you for creating this huge community around single-player game modding!

      forums.nexusmods.com

      https://guruweba.com/web/data-i-vremya-v-html-format-tekuschee-vremya-chasy/

Пример под номером два, где написано - "Дата и время в HTML в привычном формате".

I saw this whilst jobsearching the other day! I live in Exeter but, alas, have only minor, amateur experience with front-end and no formal education in design. Best of luck though, guys.

It sounds interesting, unfortunately, I have no real background in UI/UX design and I also live over 3 hours away from Exeter which would not be practical once lockdown ends (And also my sleeping schedule is all kinds of messed up which is not ideal)

This is not pertaining to this topic, but COVID-19. Moving back to your offices is not gonna be for a somewhat long while, depending where you are of course. A lot more of COVID-19 cases are showing up after the celebration event of our new president of the US unless trump magically pulls something off with the three months he has left in his presidency ( which I hopefully doubt ).

In multiple cities with celebrations that we're being done is a great deal of moral & relief in the US, but after seeing people with masks equipped that cuts it down to a percentage preventing from catching the virus which is good or decent. But everyone I have seen through CNN was well within over six feet let alone some people I witnessed didn't even have their nose covered & even some mouths, don't forget no hand sanitizer was at there disposal which is completely illogical unless they did something off cam or I over looked ( I Hope ). I said this on a mod post a few days ago but I don't know which mod exactly but were in for a whole new wave of cases. Because most of the people was probably not 100% informed or they didn't bother with 100% of the protocol. We need to treat this virus like were being invaded, were literally gonna need military tactics at this point to contain this from going any further if that's what it comes down too.

If you already heard of these cases and took precautions, that's great. Others seeing this well I'd order groceries from Walmart and stay away from everyone lol ( Which is already the case :(  for me ). Overall this is just me saying stay safe to everyone no matter who you are, share this information to anyone you love or hold dear. & keep at least one eye on this virus before it get's out of hand again. Also if you want share please do politics or not.

If this is violating anything in any way please let me know how to take this post down, or if you have the power to do so then do it.
