    I want to address some outstanding issues and unintuitive overlays;

    PLD: You can switch between the Standard rotation and Looping Rotation by toggling Iron Will (tank stance).
           : If you switch rotations after the opener, complete 1 FoF burst to autocorrect the guide. 

    MNK: After 1m Riddle of Fire continue your combo >>>> until the next natural Twin Snakes or Raptor Form GCD.
            : Actions with red borders should be executed at that GCD in your rotation to create a loop.
            : Encounters often do not allow looping rules to be followed. Simply try your best to adhere to the 2m burst.

    DRG: There is no indication of where to use Life Surge in the overlay because of how visually cluttered it became.
            : Weave Life Surge before Full Thrust and before Combo Enders during 2m burst if buffs are going to end.

    NIN: "Intermission" displays Armor Crush to Aeolian Edge instead of Armor Crush greater than Aeolian Edge when Huton is less than 30s.

    DNC: While it is possible to account for every combination of available skills during the 2m burst each permutation would require an image.
            : Placing a simple ? under Saber Dance was a much simpler solution. Any instance of ? across all jobs is for simplicity.

    I dont know if I did something wrong or what, but I followed all the installation instructions but I can't get it to work. I type in /e /jobguide and it just does nothing. I get no overlay. it just echos what I typed in chat. Any suggestions on what I might have done wrong? I am trying to get this working to put on my girlfriend and my son's games to help them with rotations.

    Edit: I got it working, now I just need to get the overlay centered width-wise for 4k resolution

      The last few images in the image section show how to pick resolutions and adjust the vertical position.

      Yep.

      There was a change to PLD, atonements no longer break combos but I highly doubt that changes the rotation. You'd need to spend them before they time out.

      i can't get both action bar at the top and the text at the bottom on the screen at the same time.  how do we shrink the distance between them.  if i use y offset, it moves the text bubble below.  i'm running in native 4k.  i've tried, every resolution  i can't get any of them to display correctly.   what is the "expected" screen resolution?  EDIT:  I think Windows DPI scaling is really messing with it.  I run in 4k on my tv.  so i use 300% scaling.  i also have some scaling going on in FFXIV.  i've been tweaking those settings.  still not really able to get it correct.   I wonder, is there a way to allow us to adjust where the overlay items are.  independently.   hope that doesn't require a huge amount of work.

      I think you're right it's some kind of scaling issue. I only tested it with the resolutions listed in the options but it's true any non-standard resolutions have the potential to be unusable.

      I just tried with oddball resolutions and in all 3 cases I got unexpected results. Too close in the middle, a little to the left and one where the 3rd line of text was barely visible even though the resolutions simply increased as multiples of 1440p.

      The solution is definitely independent movement... hmm I think separating the action bars from text wouldn't be too hard. I'll take a look later today and reply then.

    Does the job guide command work for all Battle classes? Having a hard time getting it to work

      English only for now.
      Will use regex later so it'll function in other languages (3-6 months probably).
      Low chance of full translation unless it gains enough popularity for volunteers.

    For someone who has never used Trig it would be nice to have a more in depth explanation on how to use this. I've used tons of other plugins etc I have Trig installed now and I have imported in the endwalker file. Now what do I do to trigger everything in game? Hitting a dummy doesn't seem to start anything... and using any of the combat classes doesn't pull anything up on screen. Is there a chat command?

      Entering /opener into the chat will display the opener for the Job you're on.
      You can switch jobs to disable the opener overlay or enter /endguide into the chat.

      The top sticky has the currently functioning commands. Commands for Job guides and rotations will be added to the sticky as they are completed.

    After some consideration I decided to leave Openers exactly as the community decided unlike the simplification I did in Shadowbringers as the 30/60/120 Job changes have made party buff alignment more valuable and viable for all skill levels.

    hey! just wanted to say this is a great idea as a newer player.

    having an issue here though, i followed all the install steps but i get "the command /jobguide does not exist" when typing in game. any ideas on what i'm doing wrong here?

      The command really is a dud. ACT is looking for the text "/jobguide" in the chat log, even as an error. It's smoke and mirrors for the most part.
