This basically turns that blue bar when you press "start" in game into black and white, thus making it darker. With all the great UI mods coming out, I couldn't find one that changed this specific menu, so I did my best to recolor it.
You will need FFXIV TEXTOOLS 2 to install it, as that is how I created it in the first place :)
