What does this mod do?
-Spoofs your graphics card to make the game think you're running an Nvidia RTX 4090**
-Replaces the DLSS upscaler with either FSR 3.1, XeSS 1.3.1, or DLAA
-Disables Dynamic Resolution Scaling and allows for a fixed resolution preset
-Updates DLSS to the latest version (3.7.20)

EDIT 07/13 - I just got home from vacation. I understand that many of you are still having issues with the plugin and I'm going to work to solve those issues. I need testers. If you are experiencing issues with the mod and are willing to set aside some time to help fix those issues, please DM my discord at "yuikitamura" so that I can have you test fixes on your system in realtime.
