Instant transmission + close range kamehameha for monk lb3.
It was not possible to have kamehameha like this https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/84666 due to the way monk lb is designed.
This was the only way to make it possible, and it also ended up matching with the lore.

If you are going to install with penumbra, install it in default collection or you might end up with casting animations not working....
