REQUIRES: The latest version of FFXIV TexTools, found there: http://ffxivtextools.dualwield.net/index.html
INSTALLATION: 1) Download the mod and uncompress the file. 2) Open TexTools, select "Mods", then "Import Modpack". Then, select Ishgardian Hennin.ttmp2 from where you uncompressed the file, then select "Import". Wait for a little until everything is installed, and you're done.
