Improved upscaled freckles. (Face paint texture replacement)

This mod takes Kartoffels' 1K freckle face paint and covers more of the face area, including the nose and a wider area of the cheeks. Extra freckle density also added.
2 Installation Methods:
1. TexTools TTMP Installation (V2.0.1 and newer)
2. Manual Installation (Out of date, used for JPG texture located in Archived Downloads):
- In FFXIV Textools, go to Character > Face Paint.
- Select _decal_26 from the texture map dropdown menu in the top right corner
- Click "Import" in the bottom middle of the interface
- Select the PNG popup option
- Select the "_decal_26" PNG you downloaded from this page. (should be much higher res than the default one)
