HD Cutscene stands for - Pre-rendered cutscene that is scaled up from 720p to 1080p.Timestamp limit reached, I have to squeeze some timestamps together to fit all in.Reminder: Lightning HQ hair is not rigged to animate on it's own, if there is wind physics present in the level, Lightning's hair will animate. This is the reasoning behind some scenes Lightning hair does not move at all.
