About this video
The good old written guide for this was a bit unclear on some stuff and the picture links were broken, so I've decided to put the information in video format to make it more accessible. I would love to see more mods in the FF12 community. You will need:

Make sure to follow instructions carefully.
Only covers conversion of files to .dds. To learn how to use/edit .dds files just search on here.
Always back up your main game's .vbf before editing.
