This removes the characters staring licenses and have them start with only Essentials. Made to be used with custom boards where starting licenses could interfere with the intended progression, like Kulharin's Zodiac Sphere
Some notes:
This modifies battle_pack.bin and will conflict with mods that also modify it. If you use RaidenRipper's Zodiac Equipment Editor you can simply use my file as a base to make your changes. Or if you're comfy with hex editing just look up the changes I've made in my file and replicate them.
New game is required, it won't work if you install it after the first time you take control of Vaan.
I have also removed the starting equipment of everyone since it was causing some weirdness, everyone comes equipped only with unarmed so plan ahead to not get stuck with unarmed fran/balthier in the sewers. Basch still starts with mytrill sword since it requires no license, and guests are unaffected.
