Makes every Chest spawn 100% of the time and removes gil chance at some lategame farmables. (Dark Energy, Baltoro's Seed)

This was a simple Edit with "The Zodiac Age Treasure Editor" to get every Chest spawned 100% of the time if applicable, that means respawnable and one time chest are always there, no more RNG cheesing to get that 1% chest on the Airship and farming on the Cerobi Steppe is about 4/5th less annoying.
In addition I removed the gil loot from stuff like Dark Energy, Baltoro's Seed and some Meteorite D chests because I spent enough time on my last playtrough farming on them.
So if someone is still interested in this Mod you can just simply load it up with the DrakLab and enjoy having all the Chests.
I also uploaded a Plus Version which changes Gil rates to 0% (Except for Chests with 1000+ Gil) and made every Chest respawnable with the exception of spells and techniques.
