An update. I have done a lot! All Serbia League teams have custom banners, flags, crests and Kitpreview! 16 teams in S. League! (will probably add more)? All teams have REAL players. With real stats. (Except Partizan and Red Star) will do them as well!
All data taken directly from Football manager 2023! Includes over 50 national teams , still need to add few more!

What needs to be done: Kits, Only 4 of 16 (Serbian league) teams have real kits. Rest have fake generic kits. But that takes a lot of time.
Rework faces and hair. A lot of them look similar. But i have idea how to do that. Just need to work on it. Done
Mini Faces. -- I don't think i will ever do this. There are over 600 new players in this league. Just collecting images for each would take too much time and i dont even think that game has that many free unused ID's to assign faces.

Due to major obstacles or rather limitations in this game modding and limitation of game it sels i wont be doing any more.
Enjoy this as it is. Change to other mod when u want something else.
All new national teams from Qatar 22 are made, but due to named issues above they are all places in "REST OF THE WORLD" , otherwise game becames unstable , crashes and other ugly things.
You need Frosty MOD Manager, not editor for this mod!
Frosty Mod Manager has been moved to github
Frosty mod manager compiled build is not longer shared on frosty web site as site is down.
You will have to either find compiled build or compile your self.
I have compiled latest version of Mod Manager here.
But i strongly suggest that you compile your self.
You have to build 1.0.7 yourself.

You have to build 1.0.7 yourself.
- Clone the official Frosty repo: github/CadeEvs/FrostyToolsuite/1.0.7 (follow their instructions, or use github desktop, anything works)
- Install/Modify Visual Studio 2019-2022, and make sure to have both .NET and C++ desktop development selected, and on the right check Windows 10 SDK 10.0.18362.0
- Open
.\FrostyToolsuite\FrostyEditor\FrostyEditor.slninside the directory you cloned the repository into. - DO NOT click the green triangle, instead in the Solution Explorer tab on the right (if it isn't there, Ctrl+Alt+L), right click Frosty Editor, and Build
- If it fails, individually build everything except for the Editor and
ModManager, and then you should be able to build the Editor and MM (if
it still fails, look at the error message, it'll tell you if it needs
something to be built before it) - In the Solution Explorer, right click and Build the Plugins folder (Keep an eye out for errors here as
well, you should get 26 normal + 6 fifa plugins at the end)
