Reduces story quest requirements to 1 of each item, and/or speeds up progression

This mod has three options:
Cheap Story Quests: Reduces each item required for a story quest to 1 - 1 stone + 1 wood for bridge, 1 crop shipped, etc
Fast Story Quests: Does not reduce the quantities, but makes it so you will get the next story quest the day after you finish the previous (provided you meet all other requirements)
Cheap & Fast Story Quests: Both reduces quantities AND speeds up progression.
