About this mod

Makes all Jobs have the same stat growth, so you never feel like you're being punished for playing a "sub-optimal" Job.

Currently gives all Jobs a balanced stat growth. To get the values I took the average upper-limit, and then grouped them into thresholds, and finally normalised the balance between melee and magic.

This slightly nerfs the stronger Stat Growth Jobs (Fellblade, Assassin, etc) but in turn significantly buffs the lower limit ones (Wizard, Peddler, etc).

This doesn't affect the base stats that each Job has, only the Stat Growth.

Installation is as simple as dropping the customdata from the mod folder into My Documents -> Fell Seal -> 'drop here'

This won't be compatible with any mods that add Jobs, or any mods that otherwise use the Job.xml
