All classes tested on 1.5.0b, adjusted for very hard difficulty
Some class synergies are very powerful, so both sides can benefit and suffer. I Personally played on VERY HARD, in some encounters the result was game over in 2 turns.
To unlock a custom classes one must master one or multiple other classes, for the advanced classes expect considerable grinding.

Fool - our beloved fool from FF6
Medium - hybrid dark
Heretic - Fallen angel
Wyrd - psychic class
Blood Knight - Leap, Dash, Bleed...
Spirit Monk - for some reason game always shows dagger animation even without weap
Apotecary - master of pots
Warlock - Master of dark arts and debuffs
Magic Knight - ultimate support, mana battery
Baron - advanced gun user
Nightsister - dark hybrid
Maiden - support heal
Treasure hunter - Evasive
Succubus - charm, debuffer dps
Dark knight - debuff, drain, dmg
Holy knight - dmg support
Astronomer - all rounder mage
Squire - hero in making or a dark knight
Bard - full party buffer & refesh buffs
Dancer - charm, full enemy debuff, quicken
Elven Archer - advanced ranged dps
Istari - sturdy mage
Numenorean - advanced warrior
Magitek Elite - Terra from ff6, ultimate mage (req max sorc)
Sorcerer - remade sorcerer class, best elemental (req max druid)
Dryad - nature magic, heal, mp charge
Titan - ultimate tank
Seraph - Ultimate mage (requires max Magitek Elite to unlock)
Berserker - fury warrior ( max merc + reaver to unlock)
I give credit to all original creators of the classes, I have simply fixed and adjusted some classed and tailored them to my preferences
I have also created the Titan, Seraph, Berserker classes feel free to use them as you like
