1) Install Reshade in your Fear 3 folder, as Directx 11 (DXGI).
(Install all shaders, then you can't go wrong.)
2) Unzip the RTGI shaders into the *reshade-shaders* folder (keep the folder structure).
3) Extract the contents of the *F3AR RTGI NEXT.7z* into your Fear 3 folder.
4) Start Fear 3 and select the preset *RTGI NEXT.ini*.
5) Get enough to nibble on, and have fun
