For both of our sanities, use version 1.1.2 or higher of fate patcher. To properly use with realm based mods, be sure to put those mods into the master folder or have them be present when fate patcher creates the master folder.
This mod requires FatePatcher by LuxenDM to work https://www.nexusmods.com/fate/mods/21 This mod when ran will scan the base game's items.dat file, systematically replace the drop sound and add a glow light to every artifact item in an attempt to make them more noticable when dungeoning. This should be functional with any of the FATE games. Feel free to leave a comment or dm with any questions you may have.
