Instructions

Download CE from official website
Download Table from Nexus
Run and Attach CE to FATAL_FRAME_MOBW.exe process
Load downloaded table
Use to your hearts content

Please note that I tested on Steam version. It may or may not work for Uplay+ etc versions.
