This mod replaces "The Lanius Cruiser" with the flagship seen at the end of the game, this ship is fairly balanced other then the massive reactor output.
There are 2 versions of this ship each taking the type and and type b of the ship, load both to see the changes, both isnt needed to play though.
This mod has been used for a full playthough of the game, and while good it is in no means overpowered (many fails and one victory)
In this zipped file is also the textures i used, feel free to edit the colors to whatever you want and patch them back in the ship.
You will need Paint.Net to open it.

[SHIP] Federation Defender for the idea of the bird (not using the same texture, just the idea)
