About this mod

Are you a PC Player that want's to play on the Oak Hill Map but not be forced to use Seasons or Maize Plus which are hardcoded and baked into the PC Version of the Map? Well here is the Console Version which Giants accidentally released a few weeks ago on their ModHub before removing inside an hour.

Permissions and credits
Lancyboi and Farming Agency recently collaborated to release Oak Hill Farm on PC. This was a couple of weeks after the map released on Consoles. Reason for the delay was both parties working on including scripted elements and mechanics into the mod. This being that Seasons and MaizePlus, two mods which normally had to be downloaded and activated separately by players who wanted to use them, are now hardcoded and baked into the map. This means they can't be disabled or removed by players who don't want to play with those mods. Meaning for a majority of Farming Simulator players they can not play or enjoy an otherwise enjoyable and great looking map.

The version of the map that released for PlayStation and Xbox players did not have these mods forced on players. For one reason Maize Plus is not available on consoles due to the restrictions Sony & Microsoft apply regarding script mods, and Seasons is a separate stand-alone mod that had to be specially approved to release on those platforms. So basically the Console Players get the freedom to download and play the map without being forced to use two mods they may not want. Two mods that can greatly change the way the game plays and create far more hassles and time constraints for players that may just want an enjoyable and casual experience from the game without incredibly punishing hardcore and realistic elements.

So I present to everyone for download the Oak Hill Farm Console Version of the Map, which Giants themselves leaked to the world accidentally a few weeks ago before removing from their PC ModHub once they realised their error. This map is also available to download on all the many other 3rd Party Farming Simulator Mod Sites and Re-Upload Sites. So don't come at me and attack me or accuse me of Mod Theft. Want to be a Keyboard Warrior? Go take down those websites first that are making profit off of people's content then come back to me. However the benefit of me uploading the mod here on the Nexus, and the benefit for you downloading from Nexus is you ensure to get a direct download link, that isn't speed restricted, isn't plagued with Adverts and doesn't try to install any Malicious Viruses or Trojans or other things on your PC.

I accept and take no credit for the map or it's content. All credits and content remain that of the original creator. All I aim to do is provide PC Players a chance to download the other version of the map, without the forced unremovable mods being included.

To install the map, just download the zip file from the download section, open it up and move the Zip file inside to your Mod Folder of choice, preferably ensuring you maintain the good practice of keeping only one modded map in a mod folder. Ideally everyone should use a separate folder for each map they play to prevent conflicts and issues.
