Here are savegame New Game+ with Infamous difficulty, all regions done (but not all missions done).

Here are savegame New Game+ with Infamous difficulty, all regions done (but not all missions done).
You can finish the game by completing one mission: Where It All Began.
Save for steam version of a game (i have gold version with all dlc).
Put save files in here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\0e863663-6e50-4427-be01-53886e60e217\4311
Don't forget to backup your saves.
If you get error: granite-20000 than try to run Far Cry 5 as Administrator (or run STEAM as Administrator).
