Rebalance of most weapons to be more realistic + viewmodel FOV set to 110 + static interaction and vehicle FOV.

Permissions and credits
This was originally a very basic rebalance of most weapons for more realistic gameplay. It now includes a few extra features.

As of version 0.5, interaction and vehicle FOV values have been set to a static 110 degrees. To play the mod as intended you must set the FOV scaling setting to exactly halfway. This is an early implementation of this feature and there are already some known issues, such as some vehicles (hatchbacks and jetskis) still shrinking the FOV. An FOV of 110 is the only currently available version, but I'll probably introduce some other values once I've had some more time to test this implementation. In addition to the FOV changes, a number of weapon damage values were altered and the mod's name was changed.

As of version 0.4, ammunition capacity and pickup values have been adjusted for balancing. Furthermore, many weapons are able to use more attachments. Larger magazine attachments have been disabled, however, seeing as they do not influence the physical size of magazines.

As of version 0.3, ammunition limits have been adjusted. These changes will only take effect after crafting the first ammo pouch. Furthermore, all non-signature weapons have been unlocked for purchase and prices have been adjusted.

Damage is entirely based upon the ammunition used, although sidearms will do slightly less damage because of their shorter barrels. Because of this, many weapons are much more powerful and some are slightly less powerful. Most pistols share the same ammunition as SMGs, some sniper rifles use the LMG ammunition and some LMGs use the assault rifle ammunition. Pistol ammunition is only used by the .44 Magnum and the D50, which are much more powerful than other pistols. I've listed these changes below with the damage values in brackets:

I have also set fNearFovDegrees to 110 for all weapons, and fIronsightNearFOVDegrees to 110 for all non-scoped weapons. These changes are also applied to weapons that have not been rebalanced.

Installation

Drop patch_hd.dat and patch_hd.fat into the game's data_win32 folder. I have also included the loose .fcb files in an entityarchetypeslibrary folder so you can combine Cowlick's FC4 Rebalance with other mods using Dunia Tools. Just drop the entityarchetypeslibrary folder into your unpacked patch_hd folder and repack it.
